Really good customer service is so rare these days, it's worthy of comment when
you encounter it. So I just wanted to say thanks so much for getting back to me
with the information about different types of coal. I really appreciate your time
in contacting me, even though I'm out of your delivery area (unfortunately) and
not a customer. I will certainly recommend you to friends in the York area who have
fires and stoves - although they're probably already customers of yours!
